Terms and Conditions for Referral Bonus Offer

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the referral bonus offer ("Offer") provided by Kaizen, its employees, consultants and other authorised representatives ("Company") for individuals who refer potential property sellers to us.

By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the referral bonus:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • You must not be an employee, contractor, or agent of the Company.

  • Referrals must be new leads who have not previously interacted with the Company.

  • Referrals must satisfy the company’s due diligence checklist.

  • The referral must be a successful transaction.

  • The referral property must not be listed for sale on the market.

  • The referral shall include the property address and owner’s contact details including phone number and email address.

3. Referral Process

  • To refer a potential property seller, submit their details through email at hello@kaizenprojects.com.au

  • The referral must include accurate contact information and details about the property.

4. Successful Transaction Definition

A "successful transaction" is defined as:

  • The referred property seller enters into a binding agreement with the Company to sell their property.

  • The transaction is completed, and the property is legally transferred to the Company after satisfying our due diligence checklist.

5. Due Diligence Checklist

The due diligence checklist includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verification of the property’s ownership.

  • Assessment of the property’s condition.

  • Legal review and clearance of any encumbrances or liens.

  • Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Development potential of the property.

6. Referral Bonus Payment

  • Upon successful completion of the transaction and fulfilment of our due diligence checklist, you will receive a referral bonus of $3,000.

  • The referral bonus will be paid within 30 business days after the transaction is finalised.

  • Payment will be made by direct deposit into your nominated bank account.

7. Limitation on Referrals

  • The Offer is valid for a limited time and may be subject to change or termination at the Company’s discretion.

  • The Offer is only valid for successful transactions completed after the date of referral.

8. Confidentiality

  • All information related to the referral and transaction will be and must be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of processing the referral and completing the transaction.

9. Fraud and Abuse

  • Any attempt to fraudulently participate in the Offer or manipulate the referral process will result in disqualification from receiving the referral bonus and may lead to legal action.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to the Offer will be resolved in accordance with the laws of South Australia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Australia.

11. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
